BizSecure's SecureParcel, available as a hosted application or as a server appliance, provides a enterprise document delivery solution that is secure, cost-effective and easy to use for both end users and recipients. The SecureParcel Appliance enables users to easily exchange small or large sensitive files (up to 20GB) with internal and external recipients.
Designed with IT professionals in mind, the SecureParcel document delivery solution integrates with existing IT infrastructure, requires minimal IT management, and enables organizations to create Sarbanes Oxley and HIPAA compliant business processes.
Overview:
- Send sensitive documents and messages securely to anyone with an email address
- Sarbanes Oxley and HIPAA compliant
- Each employee/end-user will have and maintain their own account
- End users may access their account via a domain name or IP address from any computer in the World
- Password based authentication can be supplemented with biometric authentication devices and captcha access
- Securely send files and messages to internal employees or colleagues and external clients (if permitted)
- End-user receives certified notification of receipt, including date and time, of when receipient reads message and receives file(s)
- Documents are tracked and logged into a database (delivery log) which shows the number of times a message or document is read and printed
- Send up to five documents/files at a time
- Files are stored encrypted on the server and decrypted upon download
- Runs on GeoTrust's Quick SSL Premium 256bit secure sockets layer (SSL) certificate
- Each message sent can be password protected, with an end-user's chosen password for that particular message, for additional security
- Send now or send later, up to one year from now
- Multiple, unlimited, mailing lists may be created for use in group or project collaboration
- Send to multiple recipients or mailing lists
- Messages can be set to expire and self-destruct at after x number of days
- Server appliance runs your choice of FreeBSD UNIX or Red Hat Enterprise Linux with Apache/OpenSSL
