BoxVault is a web server appliance that allows your employees/users to upload and organize their files into a centralized web accessible repository. Files are stored on the server in encrypted format and can only be decrypted by the person who uploaded the file or by a third party if the user chooses to allow decryption by third parties.
Users may store, back-up and share any type of file. Files are uploaded through a secure SSL connection using our iBULC (Internet Batch Upload Component) software which runs on Windows or Mac OS X operating systems.
BoxVault is designed to run over a secure, encrypted connection. Password and other sensitive information is encrypted with Blowfish, and files are moved to-and-from the appliance over encrypted channels at all times.
